I design and create gorgeous items, OOAK and limited edition gifts and commissions.   I am a seamstress and I started out running my own tailoring company fresh out of college.   This blog will show my makes and designs and you can contact me to place orders, buy or commission something lovely for a friend or relative.

Because designing and all things creative are in my blood I also build websites, blogs, etc for people, but I adore textiles.  Put me in a fabric shop of any kind and I am like a child in a sweet store.  I also like to share my friend’s blogs and what they are all talking about.

I am really interested in Ancient Egypt and Symbolism and have a Fellowship in Egyptology which was really interesting, but hard work to complete – all that writing!!!!  I love the architecture of North Africa in general, especially Arabesque.   I am hoping to get out to Egypt again in the near future, just waiting for my 3 year old daughter to be old enough to cope with a flight, or at least sitting still for nearly 6 hours!
